If you have never had "PIG SLOP", then you are in for a treat. Fatty Patty's Too is the place to go. The first time I had breakfast at Fatty Patty's Too, I was asked if I wanted to have "PIG SLOP"? Just the sound of that make you wonder and ask yourself, "Do I need to be concerned about this?" I was a little apprehensive about accepting the offer, but I had to trust my host and accept his recommendation.

Now this may sound like something you would not be interested in, but let me tell you it was Larapin! They put your breakfast, minus the coffee toast or bisquits, into a big skillet. The eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, and all the special ingredeants into this skillet and scramble it all up. Then they dump the PIG SLOP onto a big pizza pan and bring it to your table. With you empty plate in front of you, get a fork and just rack the PIG SLOP from the pizza pan into your plate. Butter and jam up your toast or bisquits and chow down.

If you are one who may suffer from heart burn, you may want to bring along some rolaids. I promise it is a great breakfast and you should give it a try. As we say in Texas, "It is larruping."

Fatty Patty's Too is a family owned cafe and the down home folk of the area eat here. You won't find Fatty Patty's Too on the normal tourist trail. Just think of all the fun you can have when telling your family and friends that you had "PIG SLOP" for breakfast.
